What is it that makes family members to either stand together or drift apart? Could it be the ongoing challenges that each individual faces on a daily basis or could it be the don’t care attitude we pick up after suffering so many years? Either way family backgrounds play a huge role in the way we carry ourselves as individuals in a family environment.
Being young and trying to figure life out on yourself can be draining, ask me I know. From finishing secondary school and college years, I knew I had to do something and fast. My mom had worked very hard for many years and it was now my turn to help her. Some people may view this as paying black tax but I view it as helping out.
